BILLING AND PAYMENTS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Village Hall and municipal buildings will be closed to the public beginning Tuesday, March 16. The Village of Villa Park is committed to maintaining services during the COVID-19 response and the closure of Village facilities to the public. In light of this, the Village is now accepting online payments for most services. No convenience fees will be charged for these online payments. Customers are encouraged to review the following information to determine which online payment service should be used for a particular payment.
Various Utility Bill Payment Options
Utility payments can be made through the Village website here or by calling 1-877-885-7968. Convenience fees are being waived.
Drop off payments can be taken via the Village drop box located in the Village Hall parking lot, Inland Bank located at 305 W. St. Charles Rd., or Johnson’s Lighthouse Point located at 1 W. St. Charles Rd.
Residents who are currently on the Direct Debit Program will still have their payments deducted on the utility bill due date.
Parking Permits / Building Permits / Places for Eating Tax / Miscellaneous Payments
Payments for parking permits, building permits, permit inspections, compliance inspections, places for eating tax, and other miscellaneous payments can be made via Square at https://invillapark.square.site/s/shop. Square cannot be used for payment of utility bills, Police tickets, or Recreation fees. Square accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Google Pay. Upon visiting the Square website, customers should select the service they are paying for, fill out the required information, and proceed to checkout. For services with variable pricing (i.e. building permits, sidewalk program payments, etc.), customers must enter the dollar amount of the payment in the quantity to be purchased. Convenience fees are being waived.
