Now building owners have an opportunity to help improve the appearance of Villa Avenue and other buildings in and adjacent to the Kenilworth Tax Increment Financing District.
A one-time 50% rebate up to a maximum of $20,000 per building is available to the owner of record of the renovated structure between St. Charles Road and Park Boulevard along Villa Avenue. Eligible improvements include:
• Awnings
• Signage
• Screening of unsightly utilities
• Accessibility
• Brick Repair
• Exterior Painting
• Window Replacement
• Exterior Lighting
