Roof drains, gutters and downspouts shall be in good repair and free from obstructions. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public nuisance. Please re-direct all sump discharge so that it does not flow onto adjacent properties and/or the public way to prevent icing and dangerous surfaces.
