Dear Villa Park Residents,

This is a friendly reminder that the Village of Villa Park has transitioned to a new payment system for utility billing, BS&A, replacing Xpress Bill Pay. With BS&A, you will be able to view bills, make payments, manage autopay, and sign up for paperless billing.

If you have not already, you can now create your new BS&A account! To get started, click here to pay your bill or create an account. You only need to register if you'd like to set up autopay or paperless billing. After clicking the link, choose either "Register" at the top right or "Pay a Bill."

To find your account number, refer to your most recent bill. If you're enrolled in paperless billing, use the account number from your email statement with dashes (XX-XXXXX-XX).

March bills will be issued on March 31, 2025, and are due by April 21, 2025. Late penalties will be applied to accounts on April 22, 2025. Please contact our Finance Department if you have any questions or concerns.

Important Note: If you register for autopay using your bank account (account and routing number), you will receive a confirmation email from Link by Stripe to verify the email address used for autopay registration. Link by Stripe is the payment processor for BS&A.
