Trustee Kozar has been a resident of Villa Park for over 25 years. He received a law degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, has a bachelor’s degree in business management, and is a Real Estate broker and developer. Trustee Kozar developed FUEL, Crème and A Movable Feast Food Truck (now Tribute) located in Villa Park. He has a law practice in Elmhurst and is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, sailing, and spending time outdoors.
